SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 By filing this application petitioner has sought provisional bail on the ground that he has to marry. I am not inclined to grant him provisional bail for the purpose of marriage as once he is married, wife must have his company but such company cannot be allowed by him as he is one of the assailants in a murder case. In the circumstances, instead of granting provisional bail to the petitioner, I would like to direct the trial court to expedite the trial arising out of Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 55/2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, submit periodical report to this Court.
