The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.87 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an unemployed person and he has purchased a truck bearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14057 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 Registration No.BR10GA-08751 on loan in the year 2016 financed by Mahindra Finance Branch, Bhagalpur. It is also submitted that according to the FIR, the occurrence took place between years 2014 to 2017, but the FIR was lodged in the year 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.87 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
