Perused the order dated 25.04.2016 also. From perusal of the stamp report, it appears that the First Appeal is barred by law of limitation. The stamp report has also pointed out the defects. On 09.12.2015, the appellant was directed to file limitation application and to remove the defects but it was not complied with, therefore, again on 12.02.2016, the appellant was directed to comply the said order within one month but it was also not complied with. Therefore, on 25.04.2016, again last chance was granted to the appellant to file limitation application and remove the defects within two weeks but still today, the same has not been complied with.

Now, therefore, this First Appeal is dismissed as barred by law of limitation.
