The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 502 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioners.

In view of the specific allegation of recovery against the petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
