The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that her daughter was married with the petitioner Ram Kishore Chaurasia, but the accused persons were torturing her.

It is submitted that the dead body of the victim was found on the railway track. Nobody has seen the petitioner throwing or crushing her on railway track. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4401 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 husband of the deceased and the deceased died within two years of her marriage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of this order.
