Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased had made call on the mobile of the petitioner and the tower location of mobile of the petitioner was found in the same locality in which the dead body of the deceased was found and except the aforesaid so-called circumstantial evidence, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
