JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself it was coaccused Gulab Jakir Mukhiya, who opened fire on the informant and admittedly, the aforesaid co-accused Gulab Jakir Mukhiya has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48406 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18820 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S.Case No. 234 of 2014.
