The petitioner seeks bail in Rahika P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 394 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and made allegation that all the accused persons assaulted her son Milan Mandal.

It is submitted that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Dhiraj Mandal has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42601 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18583 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 Learned APP however submitted that ten injuries were found on the body of the injured.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused Dhiraj Mandal whose case stands on the same footing has already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Madhubani in Rahika P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 394 of 2014. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
