The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The wife has made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner sprinkled Kerosene oil and tried to burn her but her mother-in-law set her ablaze. The petitioner is in jail since 21.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Addl. Sessions
