Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.285 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324 /354B /307 / 448 /379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of the informant.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer
