The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 414, 420, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(B)II(E) of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case 10 Kg Ganja was seized. Counsel has questioned the manner of seizure of Ganja and its sampling. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2018 Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 11 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten
