Mr.Yogendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, case diary was called for vide order dated 29.02.2020.

From perusal of case diary, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no.1. Accordingly, petitioner no.1, Geeta Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial

Case No. 162 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far as petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Manoj Singh @ Manoj Kumar Singh and Sanjeet Singh, are concerned, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, they may surrender before the court below within one month from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
