2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Men P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, instituted for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence on showing the land measurement paper by the informant to the Amin, which was made by the ancestors of the informant, the same was torn by Lal Dev Yadav. When the informant's brother questioned, all the family members of the petitioners started assaulting them with planned manner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties. Dispute arose with respect to land measurement. Both the parties got injured in the fight. Allegation against the petitioners are that they assaulted Leela Devi with lathi on her waist and back but there is no injury report. Injury caused to the injured Bhupendra Kumar is attributed to Pankaj Yadav. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation, there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners have no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each

No.7395 of 2026(4) dt.01-04-2026 3/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya Ji in connection with Men P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
