JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant alleged that her daughter was married to Manendra Kumar Bikram eight years ago and she got two children. The informant made omnibus and general allegations that her daughter was strangulated to death. The informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner and her two sons killed the daughter of the informant. The husband and brother-in-law are absconding.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18803 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.245 of 2015.
