The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case being the family member of the husband of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific

The father-in-law Sahdeo Singh and husband Nakul Singh of the deceased are in judicial custody since 11.09.2019. The petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased. He is living separately and no concern with the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate1st Nawada, in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 274 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
