The petitioner seeks bail in a case under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47-A of the Excise Act.

The petitioner was found carrying 200 liters of country made liquor and some utensils. The petitioner is in jail custody since 02.03.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Roushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
