JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 4.9.2015 but the written report was lodged on 8.9.2015. There is accusation against the petitioner and others that having entered into the house of informant, they demanded extortion money and committed theft and also misbehaved with the family members of the informant. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 3.12.2015.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged by the informant on account of previous enmity and village politics.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
