Petitioners, who are in custody seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 414, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Allegation is recovery of one loaded country made pistol with live cartridge from both the petitioners. Petitioners have criminal antecedents, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are hereby rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial expeditiously. Petitioners are granted liberty to renew
