The petitioners seek bail in Jadia P.S.Case No.124 of 2014 registered under Sections 395, 394 IPC, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 Explosive Act.

The petitioners are not named in the first information report. In course of investigation, it has come that the sim card which was used by the accused persons in course of dacoity, was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5096 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 recovered from the mobile of the petitioners Jag Mohan Mehta alias Upendra Mehta and Anil Sah. Except the mobile which is said to have been used before the occurrence, the police recovered nothing. The petitioners were not put on TIP while they are in jail since 27.10.20144.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.Case No.124 of 2014.
