2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer and submits that the petitioner is having an alternative remedy against the impugned order by way of filing an appeal before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

3. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the learned Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.1878 of 2017(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 Land Tribunal, Patna and on filing the same, the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

4. It is needless to say that the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna shall consider the limitation period in view of the facts and circumstances that the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the writ petition.
