The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 780 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and section 20/22 of the NDPS Act.

25 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from old Dak Bangla and 300 gms. of Ganja has been recovered from possession of co-accused Golu Kumar @ Prashant. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 780 of 2021.
