The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she stated that intoxicated biscuit was given to her by petitioner and one other person and after that, she became unconscious. She further stated that when she regained her consciousness, she found herself at Daltenganj from where, she was taken to Delhi and at Delhi, the petitioner tried to outrage her modesty but subsequently, she was dropped at Gudgaon and, thereafter, her family members brought her home. No doubt, the victim was minor at the time of alleged occurrence but the aforesaid statement of the victim reflects that it

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tandwa P.S.
