Petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S.Case No.14 of 2013 registered under Section 366A and other sections of the IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of S.C./S.T. Act.. The petitioner and two others are alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The victim makes her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she discloses that the petitioner and two others forcibly kidnapped her and took her to Surat but thereafter, she was sent to her house. It is submitted that there is no evidence of ill=treatment against the petitioner. The victim appears to have gone along with the petitioner out of her free-will but it appears that the victim was minor aged about 15 years on the date of occurrence Having considered the facts that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor girl, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail at this stage and accordingly the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
