The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 308, 354, 427, 504 of 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.13825 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
