It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case that in compliance to the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by this Court in CWJC No.3195 of 2020, the Circle Officer, Kudra, District-Kaimur at Bhabua has initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No.12 of 2022-23 and steps are being taken to conclude the same.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Kudra, DistrictKaimur at Bhabua be directed to conclude the encroachment

Patna High Court MJC No.106 of 2023(4) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 proceedings, forthwith. It is directed, accordingly.
