The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.296 of 2022 registered under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from sugarcane field of Kunjo Singh. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the
