Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was caught with two motorcycles which is alleged to be stolen one. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
