The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1090 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 37 (B) (C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case 63 liters of Nepali Saufi wine was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.12.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
