The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) and 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and the alleged recoveries were from the brick-kiln and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3763 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Session Judge IInd cum Special Judge (Excise), Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
