He was not put on T.I.P. and is in jail since 14.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakari P.S.Case No. 48 of 2014 (G.R.No.1213 of 2014).
