Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 400 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case 32 liters country made liquor was recovered kept in plastic jar.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 4.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
