2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issuance of writ in the Nature of certiorari for quashing the FIR of Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered under sections 341, 323, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(X) of SC/ST Act.
(ii) For any other consequential relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitle by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application, police has completed investigation and has already submitted a final form in favour of the petitioner. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the petitioner would not press this application taking his rights and contentions reserved to be raised if occasion so arises in future.
4. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 are present.
5. This writ application is being disposed of taking note of the aforementioned submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner. Rights and contentions of the petitioner are kept reserved.
