JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2024 Vide order dated 22.02.2024, this case was directed to be listed on 27.02.2024. Since, the S.H.O., Arwal P.S. and the I.O. of the case have appeared today along with the case diary therefore, this case is notified and being heard.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. It is admitted position that there is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence and the petitioner is in jail since 10.09.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named

No.8485 of 2024(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 454 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial. He will regularly appear in the trial either personally or through his Advocate. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
