The petitioner was apprehended during the course of removing Lenevo laptop alongwith bag and for that he is in custody since 14.10.2014 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition. Furthermore, it has also been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though age has been disclosed in the written report as 19 years but the petitioner happens to be less than 18 years.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Amit Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19135 of 2015 (4) dt.01-07-2015 2 / 2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur at Saran, in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014.
