Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.11.2014 in a case registered under Sections 354(B), 366 (A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of POCSO Act on the accusation that he used to tease the informant's minor daughter and put vermilion over forehead of the informant's daughter.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Saharsa in
