This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019 with regard to the name of the father of the appellant in the cause title of the aforesaid order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submits that, in fact, the name of the father of the petitioner/appellant is Kishori Saw but, in the cause title of the memo of Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019, the name of the father of the petitioner/appellant has inadvertently been typed as 'Late Rameshwar Saw' in place of 'Kishori Saw' and due to that

No.3744 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/3 reason, the same has also been typed in the cause title of the aforesaid order dated 06.01.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019, whereby the aforesaid appeal was allowed by this Court and the petitioner/appellant, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, was directed to be released on bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.183 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, Aurangabad, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant prays for modification of the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019 with regard to the same.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, let in the cause title of the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019, the name of the father of the petitioner/appellant be read as 'Kishori Saw' in place of 'Late Rameshwar Saw'.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3744 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 3/3 The order dated 06.01.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No.4614 of 2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
