The present application has been filed challenging the cognizance order dated 29.05.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar, in Complaint Case No.60 of 2010.

The present application has been filed on 02.02.2019 challenging the cognizance order which has been passed on 29.05.2012.

In the opinion of this Court, this application cannot be entertained on the ground of delay and laches in challenging the cognizance order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed
