The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation co-accused Rajo Singh @ Rajdeo Singh was arrested along with the looted motor cycle who made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner was remanded in the present case on 25.06.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody but admittedly the I.O. did not take pain to arrange T.I. parade of the petitioner. No doubt, the petitioner has several

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10275 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 criminal antecedents against him but in the present case, except the confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd, Motihari, in connection with Session Trial No. 619 of 2015 arising out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015.
