For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Md. Khurshid Alam AAG-ag 12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Heard.
At the very outset, it is informed that the order of this Court has already been complied with by the concerned authorities. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the concerned authority has passed erroneous order without applying its judicial mind.
In my view, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the competent authority, the petitioners may take legal recourse and the aforesaid subject cannot be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of being infructuous.
