JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make certain correction in the cause title of the present writ petition. Permission, so sought, is granted. The needful be done during the course of the case. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a Writ/s, Order/s, Direction/s in the nature of Mandamus for restraining and commanding the respondents to give effect of Letter No.03 dated 30.03.2017 and a Writ in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5939 of 2017(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 nature of Certiorari for setting aside the Letter No.03 dated 30.03.2017 that has been issued by the Circle Officer (C.O.) of Charpokhari Circle in the name of the petitioner one. And for any other relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eyes of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present Writ Applications elaborated and stated hereinafter."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
