Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the first information report itself that relation of the deceased with his wife was not cordial and his wife had filed criminal case against him. Moreover, two days prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioner had also filed a criminal case against the deceased.

It is admitted case of the prosecution that dead body of the deceased was recovered in his village. Moreover, no one has seen the actual killing of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
