The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from the vehicle copper electric wire was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Sanjay Kumar Singh @ Sanjay Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52193 of 2014.
