JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being Bhaisur of the deceased is said to have assaulted the deceased on 01.08.2015 and after that, the deceased got treated in a hospital but on 09.08.2015, the deceased informed the informant about her condition and when the informant came to the house of petitioner, he came to know that deceased had already died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards post mortem report of the deceased and submitted that the doctor could not ascertain the actual cause of death of the deceased, and moreover, no external and internal injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10395 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate,Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No. 254 of 2015.
