Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma, A.P.P ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2021 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner and Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case no. 220 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that he is ready to appear before the Court below as his wife (O.P. No.2) is living along with him. He further submits that both the them will willingly appear before the learned A.C.J.M.-14th, Motihari, East Champaran within three weeks.

No.8277 of 2020(3) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 On filing of the aforesaid application by both the parties in the Court below or in the event of arrest the Court below shall release the petitioner forthwith on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-14, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, subject to the condition as may be imposed by the learned Court below.
After completion of three months, both the parties will again appear before the learned Court below. The learned A.C.J.M-14th, Motihari, East Champaran after verifying the conduct of both the parties shall take a decision either to confirm the provisions bail or to cancell the same in the facts of the case and on such conditions he may fit proper. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
