The petitioner is not named and it appears that he was arrested in Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 12/15 and made his confessional statement accepting his involvement in the present case. Furthermore, it would appear that the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge rejected the bail prayer of the petitioner only on the ground of his confessional statement in other case as well as his criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
