JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-11-2019 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :- I) To direct the respondents concerned for not utilizing/constructing Pedestral and Boundary wall for Statue of late Raghunandan Prasad at Village-Gopalbad, P.S. -Sarmera, District - Nalanda over the land of Sakari River in the interest of public at large.

II) To take action against the officials/persons who are indulged in making construction over the land of Sakari River as the said River is being used for farming and other

III) For grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner in the interest of villagers are found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
