The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Hajipur Tiown P.S. Case No. 685/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Two of the accused persons were apprehended with an stolen vehicle and those persons disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of their associates. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that apart from the confession of an arrested accused person, there is no other material to connect the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15365 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 petitioner with the offence.
The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents and he is a student of B.Sc.
Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 685/2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
