JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For the instant writ application for the issuance of appropriate writ in the nature Mandamus commanding the respondents, for appointment the post of Aaganwadi Sevika by the Welfare Department, Bhagalpur.

(ii) For further direction to the respondents specially respondent no. 6, C.D.P.O. of Kharik Block to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1041 of 2022(3) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 select the petitioner as Aaganwari Sevika and issue appointment letter in her favour.

(iii) For further direction to the respondents to cancel and terminate the selection of the respondent no. 8 Amrita Raj for the post of Aaganwari Sevika in Gram Panchayat Kharik, Ward No. 13 Block-Kharik."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
