"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the petitioner on the post of Peon.
(ii) For issuance of any other writ / writs / order / orders or direction to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case." Petitioner is stated to have been appointed on Adhoc basis with effect from 24.02.1989. It is submitted that the right has

Uma Devi reported in (2006)4 SCC page 1 passed in CWJC No. 16 of 2021 read with full bench decision in case of Ram Sevak Yadav & Another Vs. The State of Bihar & Others reported in 2013 (1) PLJR 964 passed in CWJC No. 267 & 472 of 2010 of this Court. In this regard, petitioner is at liberty to make representation/application within a period of ten weeks from today to the Competent Authority.
The competent authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner for regularisation and proceed to pass speaking order.
The above exercise shall be completed within the period of three months from today of receipt of application/representation.
Thus, the petition stands disposed off.
