JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2021 in connection with P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the sole assailant of the deceased. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4592 of 2022, which was dismissed vide order dated 24.05.2022 on merit.

There is no new ground or changed circumstance to consider the bail application of the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
